IT RECRUITMENT PROJECTS TEAM LEAD
Following our business needs, we are looking for an IT Recruitment Projects Team Lead.
The IT Recruitment Projects Team Lead in Horizons:
- Is a part of a friendly and supportive team of professionals;
- Manages all stages of the recruiting and hiring process;
- Develops a good understanding of client’s companies, their industry, their culture and environment and analyses their recruitment and talent acquisition needs;
- Consults both sides – client and candidates on different HR matters;
- Is accountable for the identification of potential clients and the successful selling of the company’s offerings; pro-actively targeting new prospects and account managing existing clients.
Our IT Consultants are successful because of their:
- Practical experience in the IT area as a recruiter or IT expert;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to organize own time and work with a high level of initiative;
- Ability to work productively in a high-volume environment;
- Result orientated, profit aware and with the desire to prove his/her brand name.
