IT Product Owner

Who is our client:

Our client delivers the next generation Digital Transformation & Digital Cloud Experience to enterprises. The role is part of the Cybersecurity department of the company.

IT PRODUCT OWNER (Cybersecurity)

What they do:

The Cybersecurity department focus is on messaging security and workflow for the IBM and Microsoft collaboration platforms. The main task is to transform the long-earned experience in protecting email communication to a modern cloud platform for protecting the new communication channels. Available as cloud service they protect the current technologies for collaboration and communication used in the business world. Currently, they are looking for experienced Product Owner to join the Core and Integration team.

Who you are:

A professional deeply interested in a career in CYBERSECURITY, interested in being an active part of a strong friendly developing team, open to remote work or based in any of our client’s major offices (Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and/or Burgas).

Your experience:

• Several years of professional experience as a product owner or in a similar position in product management
• You have an understanding of modern technologies in the cyber security area or relevant
• You have practical experience in the administration of all phases of the lifecycle of software products
• You have a technical background with knowledge of software development & technologies
• You have experience in the applications and architectures of modern cloud systems, such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure or comparable systems
• In addition to your analytical skills, you are characterized by reliability, openness and team spirit and you can present complex relationships well
• You have a willingness to take responsibility, the ability to coordinate and assert yourself, and you remain calm even in stressful situations
• You have a self-confident demeanour towards customers or stakeholders
• You have good knowledge of agile software development

The platforms aim to helps companies to act in a timely manner in the dynamic and ever-changing treat landscape with a centralized Cloud solution that fits both Enterprises and small companies.

For you this means:

• The Product Owner (PO) is the person responsible for the roadmap of the product and the release cadence
• Works closely with our Product Owners and Product Marketing Managers to position the product in the company and with prospects and customers
• Use agile software development approach (Scrum, LeSS) to achieve measurable added value with the development teams
• Responsible for defining the value proposition
• Steer product launch process with cross functional teams
• Facilitate the definition of release scope, goals and deliverables
• Develop full scale release plans
• Assemble and coordinate product staff
• Track deliverables using appropriate tools
• Present reports defining product progress, problems and solutions
• Responsible for planning, execution and overall delivery of the product
• Manages and provides directions and support to the product team and ensures successful development and enhancement of product.
• Communicates with all related parties and coordinates smooth development process to maintain the planned roll-out schedule and quality.
