HEAD OF HR DEPARTMENT
The company:
Our Client is part of a fast growing international Group of companies in the Renewable sector, founded 10 years ago. The company is the biggest Principal Contractor in Europe, offering mechanical and electrical installation services as well civil services for the construction of utility Solar PV plants.
FUNCTION OF THE ROLE
The position of Head of HR will be responsible for managing the personnel and ensuring that the human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. Building and influencing the internal and external behaviour.
MAIN DUTIES
- Developing and implementing human resources policies;
- Establishing the candidate evaluation program;
- Supporting strategic objectives;
- Establishing a bonus system;
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements;
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;
- Managing staff wellness and performance reviews;
- Motivating and supporting current staff;
- Maintaining staff records;
- Handling employee benefits;
- Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions;
- Designing and directing training programs;
- Establishing review system.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian
- International experience
