REGIONAL MANAGER LOGISTICS AND FACILITY

Our client is a leading Canadian company specialized in design, production and logistics of playground facilities. For their newly opened hub for light manufacturing and distribution in Sofia we are looking for a candidate on the role of:

 

REGIONAL MANAGER LOGISTICS AND FACILITY

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manages a production facility for playground (newly opened hub in Bulgaria for light manufacturing and distribution)
  • Works with local project management companies to assist in setting-up warehouse racking for raw materials inventory located worldwide
  • Manages all employees reporting to him/her
  • Organizes Logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Coordinates with suppliers and service providers on all matters relevant to managing facilities
  • Prepares inventory shipping, receiving, facility and other reports as required by Management
  • Participates in management meetings, onsite work and inspections for installations of playgrounds

 

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Project Management/ Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Logistics
  • Experience in construction and/or design/engineering type projects is a plus
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter and solution oriented person, able to work independently
  • Driving license
  • Ability to travel internationally, mainly Europe, Canada (may be required to travel up to 20% of the time)
