CUSTOMER SERVICE Representative with Spanish/ Greek/ Italian and English
- Communicate with foreign speaking customers
- Support clients via phone and e-mail
- Use of specialized software
- Provide an additional information about the products and the services of the company
- Fluency in both English and Spanish/ Greek/ Italian
- Very good computer skills
- High communication skills and multitasking
- Solve issues with a single stroke and a smile
- 1 month intensive training
- 8 hours per day (no night shifts)
