CUSTOMER SERVICE Representative with German/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese and English

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with foreign speaking customers
  • Support clients via phone, e-mail and chat
  • Use of specialized software
  • Provide an additional information about the products and the services of the company

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and German/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese
  • Very good computer skills
  • High communication skills and multitasking
    • Solve issues with a single stroke and a smile
