For our client, a company leader in the luxury office furniture we are looking to hire an enthusiastic person on the role of:


Key responsibilities will be:

  • Support Sales, Finance and Marketing Departments
  • Issue invoices, protocols and other necessary documents
  • Document organization & Showroom consumables supply
  • Logistic support – arrangements and deliveries to clients
  • Marketing materials for social media; PR and events support
  • Administration of active projects
  • Provide general support to visitors

Candidates profile (background, experience, skills):

  • Dedicated, dynamic personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Experienced user of Microsoft office
  • Organizational skills, Excellent time management
