Accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and financial analysis are our general capacity offering. Market research and supplementary administrative services are helping our clients to rely on a single supplier for important business issues and obligations.

The monthly subscription fee includes:

  • Accounting monthly income and cost documents
  • Monthly payroll (for each new person 7EUR)
  • Annual tax declarations and reports for corporate tax payments
  • Monthly VAT declarations (for VAT registered companies)

PAYROLL SERVICES

For personnel with high turnover

  • 1-10 people – 12 EUR per person
  • 11-50 people – 10 EUR per person
  • 51-100 people – 9 EUR per person
  • 101-200 people – 8 EUR per person
  • 201-300 people – 5 EUR per person
The monthly subscription fee includes:
  • Monthly reports
  • Preparing monthly register for paying salaries
  • Arranging and submitting Declaration standard 1 and 6
  • Preparing monthly information for current personnel payments
  • Providing documents related to Manager Securities – foreigner, and all related of this fact activities
  • Preparing standard labor and civil contracts, additional labor agreements
  • Discharge orders and their registration in National Insurance Institute
  • Preparing documents for the personnel – Income certificates, UP-2, UP-3, UP-1; Consulting in case of necessity;
  • Files for the personnel; Labor books and their filling; Presenting in front of NII, Labor bureau, National Statistics Institute, and all related activities to the payroll service.

*The price of the service does not include: law specific consulting & labor contracts development.

ADDITIONAL NON SUBSCRIPTION BASED PRICES
  • More than 1 bank account/per account 20 EUR
  • Monthly translation of the documents package in English – 50 EUR
  • Storage – accounting 150 EUR
  • Documents (taking and leaving documents) – per 1 – 15 EUR
  • Personal Annual Financial Statement (of the manager) – 25 EUR
  • Disposing Annual Financial Statement in the National Registry Agency – 50 EUR
  • Consulting via telephone/on the spot – hourly 25/40 EUR
  • Applications for documents in different State departments – 25 EUR per case without state taxes
  • Issuing an Invoice – per Invoice 0,5 EUR
  • VAT registration before the legal turnover 100 EUR
    – mandatory – 150 EUR
  • Statement of current tax liabilities 20 EUR
  • Assisting VAT claim check 50 EUR
  • Tax revision participation 200 EUR
  • VAT registration – voluntarily before the required turnover 20 EUR

INTRASTAT !

If the company passes the thresholds established by the NSI volumes of intra-trade, it is required to register as Intrastat operator to keep records and submit certain information in
a form each month electronically to the NRA Prospectus may act as a “third party declaring” and leads on your behalf and all documents filed electronically all the necessary declarations.
The thresholds are for:
1.”Outgoing” stream – 230 000 BGN
2.“Incoming” stream – 200 000 BGN

Fees for the services are:

  • Zero return – 30 BGN / month;
  • up to 2 acquisitions / payments per month – 50 BGN / month;
  • 5 acquisitions / payments per month – 72 BGN / month;
  • 10 acquisitions / payments per month – 120 BGN / month;
  • over 10 acquisitions / payments per month – 120 BGN + 5 BGN for each subsequent acquisition / transmission.

All state taxes are not included

OTHER BUSINESS SERVICES

  • Registration of the company (for Ltd. Or Sole proprietary entity) 150 EUR

*price does not include all government taxes and name registration tax, which are around 50 EUR excluding legalized translation if required)

  • Company registration with accounting subscription contract 100 EUR
  • Administrator – monthly 200 EUR
  • Formal Shareholder – monthly 50 EUR
  • Address – monthly – 50 EUR
  • Internet banking – monthly – 50 EUR
  • Temp working place provision – monthly- 150 EUR*

*price includes all bills – internet, electricity, water, heating, security, cleaning and desk + chair, access to kitchen box and sanitary consumables

All documents could be translated in English quarterly
All given prices are converted to EUR and are without VAT, which in Bulgaria is 20%
The above prices will be recalculated in increasing the volume of documents
(based on the first 6months of the project) and depending of the number of employed people.
