About the company:

JYSK is an ambitious fast-growing Danish Retail company with a solid financial background that values dedicated hard work. We have 46 stores in Bulgaria and are planning to open more in the coming years.

You will be located in their head office in Bozhurishte, Sofia.  As HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the Country HR Manager for Bulgaria.

What can you expect to be doing, day to day?

To secure day–to–day operations:
Local accounting – maintaining accounting records according to Bulgarian legislation.
Preparing, arranging, storing and control of accounting documentation flow.
Entering financial data into the accounting system: booking of invoices, following up on cost/reconciliation accounts, communication with other departments.
Transactions with debtors and creditors, fixed assets.
Experience in preparing, reviewing and submitting local and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports.
Ensures administrative operations in accordance with the defined concepts and corporate procedures. We would like a person who can make a difference for the Company – every day…


University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
Successful work experience of preferably within an international environment, at least 1-2 years of accounting experience.
Thorough knowledge of legislation.
A proactive thinker who can identify and maximize new opportunities.
Self-driven, well-organized and adaptive;
Fluent in Bulgarian, English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software SAP will be considered as an advantage.
