In August 2016 Horizons Bulgaria Ltd. signed a contract with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, through the General Directorate “European Funds, International Programmes and Projects” in connection with procedure BG05M9OP001-1.003 New Workplace 2015 to project implementation “Providing jobs and improving the quality of life in “Horizons Bulgaria” LTD, funded by the ESF.
