Customer Service Representatives with French

Our client is a leading IT and consulting services company with long years of tradition.

They are currently looking forward to hire a Customers Service Representatives for their teams.

Responsibilities:
•   Be the first line of contact for customers requiring technical support
•   As the primary contact method is telephone:
o   answer and transfer telephone calls
o   dealing with them promptly
o   efficiently, politely and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for the customers
•   First line of support, prioritization and distribution of customer requests
•   Positively managing internal relationships

Requirements:

•   At least good English
•   Fluent French
•   Good analytical skills
•   Sociable personality
•   Computer literacy
•   Experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage
•   High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree
